Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use the Outside Connect and want to delete your account, follow these simple steps. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

  • Log into the App: Open Outside Connect and sign in using your credentials.
  • Navigate to Account Settings: Tap on your profile icon (usually located in the top right corner).
  • Click on Delete My Account. A prompt will appear informing you about the consequences of deletion (such as data loss). You may be asked to confirm your password for security reasons.
  • Confirmation Email: An email to the administration to delete the account.
  • Final Confirmation: Once the email verification is completed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  • Data Retention Notice: Any data required for legal or compliance reasons may be retained per company policies, even after account deletion.
